When we send hemp products in the mail we include a letter to the postmaster, signed on behalf of our business, with all the information required by USPS.
If you send CBD, you will have to include a letter signed by yourself certifying that the contents of your package is legal. Templates for such a letter can be found online. COAs for our products can be found here on our website and on file at the store in Christiansburg.
Delta-8 THC is prohibited in a handful of states. We cannot ship Delta-8 to: Arkansas, Arizona, Alaska, Colorado, Delaware, Iowa, Idaho, Kentucky, Michigan, Montana, Mississippi, Rhode Island, or Utah. Be sure to check the laws in your destination location before mailing anything!
